Solar and Polaris Ephemeris files
The following ephemeris files are compatible with CEFB and other computer software. Every effort has been made to make these files accurate, although slight differences may be observed when comparing with other sources. All of the ephemerides are plain ASCII text, values are all computed for 0 hours UT for the date.
Explanation of the file format
sample line:

1st column: Month (2 ch)
2nd column: 4-5 Day (2 ch)
3rd column: Greenwich hour angle (GHA) of the Sun (dd.mmss)
4th column: declination of the Sun (dd.mmss)
5th column: Semi-diameter of the sun ( .mmss)
6th column: GHA of Polaris (dd.mmss)
7th column: declination of polaris (dd.mmss)

Important note (1/4/2021). Changes have been made on many of our university systems for security and access issues. It seems the new version of apache “may not” appropriately display these files, In the meantime, the next 5 years (2021-2025), are available, but may not view in your browser, if having difficulty, try a right button click and “save link as” choice.
